PC-ABS is a very common thermoplastic material found in many consumer electronics and medical devices today.
PC-ABS blend is the combination of two very durable thermoplastics and has a higher heat deflection than ABS. Utilizing the FDM Process, PC-ABS has gained popularity for models that require PC like characteristics, such as; tab strength and flex memory.
Due to it's strength and temperature resistance, PC-ABS is ideal for medical housings and consumer appliance testing, such as; coffee maker housings, dishwasher components, knobs, connectors, fans and turbines.
With its soluble supports; complex assemblies, ducts and containers can be produced in this popular material. PC-ABS is only available in black with a high gloss surface.
