Produced exclusively by CIDEAS, ABS M100 is a durable rigid thermoplastic with a satin finish.
CIDEAS standard P400 ABS has better heat deflection than ABS M100. However, layer bonding is significantly stronger than P400 due to its higher butadiene content, creating a more flexible and durable part. This results in better functional tests, as well as, higher quality parts for end use.
ABS M100 has a higher tensile strength and flexural modulus, making it ideal for applications that require more brute than beauty. 15% stronger than Stratasys M30 ABS, CIDEAS' M100 is currently available in; natural (ivory), black and steel grey.
ABS M100 utilizing the FDM process, may be printed in standard or high resolution, depending on the specific application. Aside from prototypes, ABS M100 parts may be used as jigs, fixtures, handles, or produced with a sparse honeycomb interior for weight savings. Sanded primed, plated or painted models make excellent production parts, which are strong and long lasting.
