ABS/PC Blend is a very common thermoplastic material found in many consumer electronics and appliances today.

ABS/PC blend is the combination of two very durable thermoplastics and has a higher heat deflection than ABS. Although for most applications, standard ABS has a better surface finish and is more accurate. Utilizing the FDM Process, ABS/PC has gained popularity for models that require PC like characteristics, such as; tab strength and flex memory. Available in high gloss black.

Due to it's strength and temperature resistance, ABS/PC is Ideal for consumer appliance testing, such as; coffee maker housings, dishwasher components, knobs, connectors, fans & turbines. The (FDM) PC/ABS uses a soluble support structure, which is unlike the break-away supports for Polycarbonate, this makes ABS/PC an ideal alternative for parts in which the support material is to difficult to reach, remove or is trapped.
