DuraForm GF is a glass filled polyamide (nylon) plastic, used for functional testing and DDM (Direct Digital Manufacturing).
The DuraForm GF rigid SLS material has fantastic mechanical stiffness and durability for parts that require actual testing. GF is a good general prototyping material and is chemically resistant to akalines, hydrocarbonates, fuels and solvents.
Glass filled nylon built using the SLS or LS process produce excellent tab strength, gears, impellers and work well in underhood automotive environments.
