NanoTool produces high temperature composite parts with excellent detail.
Although brittle, NanoTool is the perfect material for parts specifically used in high heat applications, such as; lighting fixtures, under hood applications, exhaust or parts used for chrome plating. Although the material has a high heat deflection of 436 °F, once UV & Thermal Postcured, NanoTool can achieve up to 506 °F.
These SLA parts have a very smooth surface finish and can make great presentation models, but due to the higher cost, are better suited for temperature testing.
