ABS is a durable rigid thermoplastic used in most consumer products
on sale today.

With a high heat deflection, UV and humidity resistance, this RF friendly material is an excellent choice for conceptual, functional & design verification prototypes. ABS (FDM) is also commonly used in DDM (direct digital manufacturing) due to its strength, accuracy and repeatability.

Available in multiple colors, ABS utilizing the FDM process, may be printed in standard or high resolution. Aside from prototypes, ABS parts may be used as jigs, fixtures, thermoforming molds, or produced with a sparse honeycomb interior for weight savings. Sanded primed, plated or painted ABS models make excellent production parts, which are strong and long lasting.
